The dynamic of this project lies in the interaction between contemporary style, art, form, and nature, both inside and outside its spaces, creating welcoming and immersive environments. On the terrace, we embraced the visual freedom of the open sky, integrating gardens, wooden furniture, and cozy lighting to promote a sense of well-being amidst nature. The integrative spaces welcome, embrace, and engage everyone who visits them. Babies, children, and families need environments where they can not only move around safely but also delight in visual stimuli through colors and shapes that invite them not just to be present, but to belong.

The party hall is among the most sought-after spaces by residents in the condominium's common areas. Having a space for celebrations and gatherings with family and friends is essential nowadays. The interior of the Arte Square party hall will provide residents and visitors with the feeling of being in a cozy yet innovative environment.

The gourmet balcony of the Arte Square development enchants, inviting guests to admire the sky—always available, yet rarely appreciated. In the middle of the city, where architecture and nature often clash, this space, with part of its wooden ceiling surrounded by lush vegetation, acts as a haven of tranquility and harmony, perfect for celebrating special occasions.

We created a games room with a casual and modern look, equipped with pool and foosball tables. This space will feature work by our dear friend Selon (Muralist, Visual Artist, and Designer). The sports court is perfect for having fun while staying active, without losing the artistic touch we always seek in all areas of the development.

The Spa and Beauty Space at Arte Square will serve as a retreat for those seeking moments of relaxation and self-care. The design of organic shapes in the woodwork creates a welcoming atmosphere, offering a true well-being experience.

The Pet Place is a private playground for our furry friends and serves as an excellent training spot where they can run, play, and explore safely. Designed with love and care, the architecture creates spaces of joy and freedom for our beloved pets.

The pool area is the perfect escape from hot summer days. Its visual freedom, composed of natural elements like stone and wood, harmonizes with the cityscape and the Praça das Artes (Arts Square). Indoors, the sauna features a more contemporary design with windows that connect different angles and views, inviting you to refresh and recharge your energy.

Arte Square has been designed to provide comfort and safety for residents and visitors alike. The Bike Share space will breathe art and design, encouraging users to practice sports like cycling. Physical exercise in the gym will be greatly enhanced by its modern design, which includes updated accessories and equipment to ensure proper exercise execution.

We had the opportunity to work with partners who, like us, envision the infinite possibilities of architecture that blends art, design, and nature, creating environments that transmit synergy and offer residents warmth, comfort, dynamism, and sophistication.
