In the reception area, we achieved a sense of fluidity through the simplicity of forms and a light-toned color palette, resulting in a welcoming atmosphere. The space features pendants by Interpamluz, accents from Lilian Gift Design, and a painting by Goian artist Alexandre Gontijo.

In the brokers' lounge, natural light is filtered through fluted glass with a red-tinted film application. Here, we used a neutral base and added pops of color through furniture and decorative objects. The furniture contrasts beautifully with the other elements, complemented by a rug from Casa Mix Bossa and pieces from Ventura Casa.

Key details that added personality to the project include 3D-printed planters with small succulent arrangements. In the executive office, the cabinetry features raw MDF with a sealed finish, while walls were treated with a special burnished concrete effect and industrial flooring. The play of light and aluminum black dividers enhances the atmosphere of the space.

The master meeting room boasts industrial pendants from Interpamluz, with a double-height ceiling and a roller blind to provide privacy for the corporate space. The gourmet terrace was elevated with vibrant art by visual artist Pedro Fleury, bringing joy to the area for gatherings. Graphic interventions by the artist SELON magnificently enriched the space with geometric designs.

The brokers' room was custom-designed to inspire professionals as they pursue successful careers. With an open-office concept, Lopes Goiânia was envisioned to diversify its service models. The result is an environment that translates and reinforces the company’s contemporary values, strengthening the team and simplifying the lives of clients in the real estate sector.

Workstations are shared, yet each individual has the freedom to personalize their own space as they wish.
